I had to buy a new phone to get the updates if you have an LG phone it won't take updates. So don't buy an LG phone

Likes to disconnect from bldg wifis. Getting better but not quite there.
Always having problems. The updates never want to update, it shuts down on me, and sometimes the signature part won't take the signature of the patient. I cant stand this app.
Constantly have trouble updating on my android galaxy note 10+, it will tell me there is an update available, but when I click on the play store link, it takes me to the application install page that shows there is no update available. UPDATE 10.6.2020 Every time I want to end an appointment the app closes, causing me stress and anxiety because I have to uninstall the app (loosing all my client documentation in the process) and install again just to move on to my next appointment WORSE APP EVER!

Can not update app there is no update to be found. Very slow to load.
Where is the update? Keeps saying an update is available but directs me to this page! This app is not useful to actual caregivers. While it is nice to be able to see the care plans and your own schedule there are a million other problems with it that I can't list here.
